Day 2 - Oldest Temple in Bhaktapur

Early breakfast at guesthouse.

Bus (40 minutes) to Changu Narayan (oldest Temple in the Bhaktapur). Explore temple complex and village.

Picnic lunch, Rediscovery games and a hands-on look at local farm life. Later we enjoy a hike through a beautiful forest reserve then reconnect with our bus back to Bhaktapur.

Dinner at any number of good restaurants in Bhaktapur and time to take in the charm of this medieval town. We'll have a chance to reflect on our day during a candle enclosed garden of Bhaktapur (Overnight: Bhadagon Guest House - Elevation 1,350 m)
